Proposal submitted to the European Commission

The National School of Judges has submitted a candidacy for the participation in the European Commission project entitled HERCULES III, which is 80% financed by the European Commission and 20% by national resources.

Specifically, on 29th September, 2015 the National School of Judges submitted a proposal for implementing a workshop entitled: "Fraud against the EU by illegal subsidies in agricultural products and tobacco smuggling".

The action is scheduled to be implemented in 2016 and includes a workshop cycle of round tables, training programs, working groups and conclusions which will involve judicial delegations from EU Member States (Belgium, France, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Netherlands , Poland, Portugal and Romania) and the EU candidate countries (Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey).
