International Relations of the National School of Judges

translations globeThe National School of Judges has developed a vivid activity with equivalent training institutions of the countries of the European Union and the Council of Europe and confirmed the judicial cooperation and communication in the european level.
The National School of Judges is member of the European Judicial Training Network, takes part in its meetings on a regular basis, exchanges information regarding the performance of judicial training from the equivalent institutions and, finally, accepts training visits from foreign judges and trainees in the context of exchanging programs among the countries of the Network.
The trainees of the School participate in THEMIS COMPETITION taking valuable experience and creating relations with the trainees of the other european training organizations.
The School develops, relations with HELP Program in the framework of the Council of Europe, ENA (Ecole National d΄ Administration) and OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe). The cooperation with the above institutions has many benefits for the School in the field of training.
The School develops, also, relations with european universities (University of Cologne), supreme courts (Federal Supreme Court of Germany, Council of State and Constitutional Council of France), european and american experts in special fields of law, creating a modern framework of collaboration.
The School also realizes the interest shown by the countries of the wider area of the South- Eastern Europe so that their judges will enrich their legal Knowledge, improve the methods and generally organize more effectively the exercise of their functions. Now it is a member of the new established Euro-Arabian Network of judicial education.
